Emaco® T430

Description: rapid repair mortar with extended working time.

Uses: hot weather repairs where extended working times are required; horizontal traffic-bearing repairs; full-depth patching repairs; heavy-industrial repairs.

Features: gains over 2,000 psi in six hours; meets ASTM C 928; extendable up to 55%; freeze-thaw resistant; excellent bond; wide application temperature range; can be epoxy coated within 6 hours.

Composition: one-component mortar.


Emaco® R300 CI

Description: polymer-modified profiling mortar with integral corrosion inhibitor.

Uses: resurfacing distressed concrete; repairing bugholes; (horizontal repairs from featheredge to 1/4" per lift, vertical and overhead repairs from featheredge to 1" per lift); interior or exterior applications.

Features: corrosion resistant; shrinkage compensated; early strength gain; sprayable; low modulus of elasticity.

Composition: one-component cement-based mortar containing an integral corrosion inhibitor.


Emaco® S88 CI

Description: sprayable fiber-reinforced structural repair mortar with integral corrosion inhibitor.

Uses: repairing vertical and overhead concrete (vertical repairs from 3/8" to 2", overhead repairs from 3/8" to 1-1/2"); repairs in FDA-approved plants; repairing manholes, sewers, wet wells, lift stations.

Features: easy to use; no additional bonding agent required; sprayable with low waste; silica-fume formulation; high early and ultimate compressive, flexural, and bond strengths.

Composition: one-component silica-fume enhanced mortar.
