Masterbuilder Gouts come in two varieties: Cementitious and Epoxy type.

Cementitious Grouts:

General construction, natural aggregate, nonshrink grout is a non-catalyzed, multi-purpose construction grout containing mineral aggregate. This Portland cement-based product is designed to meet all of the performance requirements of the Corps of Engineers Specification CRD-C621-89 at a flowable or plastic consistency.

Recommended for:

-Normal loads for columns and baseplates
-Anchoring bolts, reinforcing bars and roadway dowels
-Bedding grout for precast panels
-Repairing of cavities resulting from ineffective concrete consolidation
-Caulking, underpinning foundations and pressure grouting of -slabs needing alignment
-General construction applications
-Dry pack applications

Features:

-Free of inorganic accelerators, including chlorides or other salts detrimental to reinforcing steel
-Colour similar to concrete after curing
-Can be extended with clean, well-graded coarse aggregate to fill large voids without additional mix water.
-Hardens free of bleeding when placed at a plastic or flowable consistency and when ambient temperature are 500 F (100 C) and above

APPLICATIONS:

Consult the CONSTRCTION GROUT product bag for details on the installation of CONSTRUCTION GROUT.

PACKAGING:

50 lb (22.7 kg) moisture-resistance bags

ESTIMATION:

One 50 lb (22.7 kg) bag of CONSTRUCTION GROUT mixed with 1.15 gallons (4.35 litres) of water provides approximately 0.45 ft3 (0.013 m3 ) of mixed grout.

TECHNICAL DATA:

Typical Mixed Grout Data (Flowable Mix) Approximate Water: 1.15 gallons(4.34 litres) Flow: 5 drops (ASTM C230) 126% to 145% At a constant percent of water, consistency will vary with temperature. Final sat takes place in approximately 8 hours at a flowable consistency, 70* F (21*C).

MASTERFLOW 555 Fluid, nonshrink, natural aggregate grout is a fluid, nonshrink, natural aggregate grout. It is ideally suited for grouting machines or plates requiring optimum load-bearing support. MASTERFLOW 555 grout meets the requirements of ASTM C 1107 and the Army Corps of Engineers CRD C 621, Grades B and C at a fluid consistency.

Recommended for:

Nonshrink grouting of: - Machinery and equipment - baseplates and soleplates - Precast wall panels, beams and columns, curtain walls, concrete systems, and other structural and on structural building members. - Anchor bolts, reinforcing bars and dowel rods

Repairing concrete, including grouting voids, rock pockets and large cracks q Application requiring high one-day and later-age compressive strengths q Applications requiring nonshrink grout to achieve maximum bearing for optimum load tansfer.

Features:

Meets ASTM C 1107 and CRD C 621, Grades B and C requirements at a fluid (30 second flow) consistency over a temperature range of 50 to 90 degree F (10 to 32 degrees C).

Fluid consistency and good working time provides excellent handling and placement capabilities

Can be installed over a temperature range of 50 to 90 degree F (10 to 32 degrees C) q Hardens free of bleeding, segregation, or settlement shrinkage ensuring optimum performance in the hardened state.

Free of inorganic accelerators, including chlorides or other salts that are detrimental to reinforcing steel.

Packaging:

50 lb (22.7 kg) moisture-resistance bags.

Estimation:

One 50 lb (22.7 kg) bag of MASTERFLOW 555 grout mixed with approximately 8.3 lb (3.8 kg) or 1.0 U.S. gal (3.8 l) of water yields approximately 0.42 cubic ft (0.012 cubic meters) of grout Note: The water requirement may vary due to mixing efficiency and other variables.
